Charley's Grilled Subs is one of the fastest growing quick service restaurant concepts in the world spread across the US, UK, Canada, Germany, Japan, Korea and now the UAE. The Al Madani Group of Companies holds the development rights for the UAE. 
 
We currently operate stores at the Mall of the Emirates, Ibn Battuta Mall and Deira City Centre in Dubai. In 2007, we will be opening new stores in Dubai Festival City and Business Bay.

The menu consists of sandwiches and salads chosen for their diversity, unique taste and undying popularity. At Charley's Grilled Subs, we strive to serve freshly prepared food in an entertaining atmosphere. From sirloin beef philly steaks to grilled chicken breast, brown edged turkey breast, halloumi cheese and philly veggies, our subs, wraps and salads are made of 100% halal meats, garden fresh vegetables, exotic cheeses, delicious sauces and tangy condiments. The gourmet fries topped with molten cheddar cheese sauce, ranch and bbq dressing and freshly squeezed fresh and raspberry lemonade bring a distinct feel to the Charley's Grilled Subs offering.

Charley’s Grilled Subs offers today’s health conscious patrons taste alternatives not offered by any of other competitor. The fast casual concept that Charley’s Grilled Subs offers its diners is a high quality quick service experience with premium foods, energetic and attentive employees, enjoyed in a comfortable environment and within a “watch – it - cooking” ambience - Each meal is prepared to the exact specifications of the customer who watches in anticipation as their order is chopped, diced and grilled right before their eyes.

Charley’s Grilled Subs offer sandwich platters for private parties and free home / office delivery service. We also offer indoor and outdoor catering services for all kinds of occasions.

Shortly, we would be offering several kinds of breads – Italian white, whole wheat bread, black sesame seeds on Italian and thyme & basil on Italian. We would also be introducing smoothies and fried fruit combinations as dessert options.
